Inspired by a news article about a Scottish town experiencing a downpour of toxic jellyfish, frontwoman and lyricist Sasha Theunissen took this bizarre concept and twisted it into a song about living in false realities and not knowing the difference between what is real and what is not. There is a certain aspect of feeling out of control of your own life, adrift upon unseen but powerful forces. The lyrics point to the acceptance of all this confusion by realising that all that is will always be, while the band soaks you in squalls of riffs, grooves and inebriating atmospheres.
